USER-FRIENDLY AUTOMATION
OMET KFlex offers peerless printing quality and register stability thanks to its Dual Servo Flexo units able to perform automatic print-to-print and print-to-die cut on-the-fly pre-register adjustment with no waste of time and material, independently from the skills of the operator.
OMET exclusive Color-to-Color automatic register adjustment and control based on a high-definition camera scanning system. It can control both machine and cross directions of each single printing unit in real time and get the machine ready to print in less than 1 minute, generating nearly no waste and avoiding any possible human mistake.
EFFORTLESS DIE-CUT CHANGE
ECDC system is a compact and ergonomic die-cutting unit with “Easy-Change” technology allowing for quick and easy handling of cylinders and flexible dies thanks to its sliding system, with no need for any lifting device.
