FLEXOR to present new converting and finishing solutions

AMSKY’s latest CTP device for flexo application for labels and packaging production will be showcased at TWS stand – Hall 8, C16

TWS is distributor in Italy for AMSKY, manufacturer of CTP devices for flexo application for labels and packaging production. They will introduce the latest CTP model based on a plate size 900 x 1200 mm with superior imaging quality, AMSKY AURA 1524. The range of devices shown on the stand will be complemented by the smaller units AMSKY AURA 800 AL and AMSKY AURA 600E.

Tau RSC – Νέες λειτουργίες εκτύπωσης του Λευκού

Μεταξύ των νέων χαρακτηριστικών του χαρτοφυλακίου συστήματος εκτύπωσης Tau RSC, μεγάλο ενδιαφέρον παρουσιάζουν οι δύο νέες λειτουργίες εκτύπωσης:

NEA RSC Low Migration UV Ink – Μελάνια Χαμηλής Μετανάστευσης

Τα μελάνια Low Migration UV (χαμηλής μετανάστευσης), που αναπτύχθηκαν για το Tau 330 τα τελευταία χρόνια σχεδιάστηκαν εκ νέου για την πλατφόρμα RSC σύμφωνα με τις απαιτήσεις της αγοράς και θα παρουσιασθούν κατά τη διάρκεια της Label Expo-2019.

Τα μελάνια θα είναι διαθέσιμα για το πιεστήριο Tau RSC E και η παρουσίαση θα γίνει με εκτυπώσεις στην ταχύτητα των 52 μέτρων ανά λεπτό.

Τα μελάνια UV με χαμηλή μετανάστευση RSC επιτρέπουν την εκτύπωση στην κύρια συσκευασία τροφίμων. Αυτό θα μπορούσε να περιλαμβάνει αυτοκόλλητες ετικέτες για τρόφιμα, καλλυντικά και φαρμακευτικά προϊόντα καθώς και ειδικές συσκευασίες, όπως καπάκια αλουμινίου ή πτυσσόμενα χαρτοκιβώτια. Η χημική τους σύνθεση ανταποκρίνεται σε όλες τις κατευθυντήριες γραμμές των Swiss Ordinance, Eupia και Nestle guideline.

Ξεκινούν από το ειδικό λογισμικό ροής εργασίας για το Web2Production και το δικό της λογισμικό προεκτύπωσης Durst ” Workflow Label ” σε προσαρμοσμένα πακέτα λογισμικού ολοκλήρωσης MIS (Συστήματα διοίκησης & διαχείρισης).

Νέα μελάνια χαμηλής μετανάστευσης UV για τη σειρά Tau RSC

Επιπλέον, θα παρουσιαστούν σε ζωντανή εκτύπωση τα πρόσφατα σχεδιασμένα μελάνια Low Migration UV για την πλατφόρμα RSC. Αυτά τα νέα μελάνια στοχεύουν τις βιομηχανίες τροφίμων και τις φαρμακευτικές συσκευασίες.

Τα νέα μελάνια θα είναι διαθέσιμα για το Tau RSC E με ταχύτητα εκτύπωσης 52 μέτρα/ λεπτό. Τα μελάνια είναι διαθέσιμα στα χρώματα CMYK O W και δεν μπορούν να χρησιμοποιηθούν στις υπάρχουσες εγκαταστάσεις.

Το σύστημα inert gas θα είναι απαραίτητο εάν ένας πελάτης επιλέξει αυτό το σετ μελανιών. Τα μελάνια δοκιμάσθηκαν και δηλώνονται ως συμμορφούμενα με τους κανονισμούς της βιομηχανίας (Ελβετικό Διάταγμα, Eupia, Κατευθυντήρια Γραμμή Nestle κ.λπ.)

Παρουσίαση νέου ψηφιακού πιεστηρίου Tau RSCi

Η σημαντικότερη παρουσίαση στο περίπτερο C50 της Durst στην Αίθουσα 9 θα είναι το νέο διαμορφούμενο (modular) ψηφιακό πιεστήριο ετικετών τύπου RSCi με δυνατότητα επιλογής πλάτους εκτύπωσης 330, 420 ή 508 χιλιοστών (13, 16,5 ή 20 ίντσες).

Το πιεστήριο περιλαμβάνει στη βασική έκδοση jumbo ρολοφορείς με σύστημα ανύψωσης ρολών. Η ποιότητα εκτύπωσης είναι η ίδια εξαιρετική, που είναι γνωστή από τα πιεστήρια Tau 330 RSC και RSC E. Το πιεστήριο χρησιμοποιεί τα μελάνια Tau RSC UV.

Επίσης, το νέο πιεστήριο θα φτάνει σε ταχύτητα εκτύπωσης μέχρι 100 μέτρα / λεπτό.

Επίσης, στο περίπτερο της Durst στην Label Expo θα παρουσιαστούν τα πιεστήρια Tau 330 RSC και RSC-E, τα οποία παρουσιάζουν μια ταχέως αναπτυσσόμενη εγκατεστημένη βάση, η οποία ξεπερνά τις 70 μονάδες, από τότε που άρχισε η παράδοση των μηχανημάτων τον Ιούνιο του 2018.

Durst software delivers top quality for Magnacrom Digital’s color-demanding clients

Magnacrom Digital, a long-standing Durst customer, serves a retail customer base in Mexico City as well as the wider Latin America markets and across the USA. “As you can imagine, luxury brands have exceptional color-demanding requirements,” said Eloy Palacios, Co-Owner and Managing Director for Magnacrom Digital. “These are met thanks to Durst’s outstanding software. Color-replication file prints are highly impressive in all areas, but significantly superior on color gradients where we can achieve unprecedented control of the gray-scale axis.

Magnacrom Digital has two different production sites, one dedicated to UV producting using a recently acquired Rho 312R Plus and the other specializing in dye-sublimation fabrics and soft-signage with Durst Rhotex 180TR and Rhotex 325 production systems. The software provided through the newly-formed Durst Professional Services division links through all the printers.

“With our previous system, it took a lot of time to perfect the colors, the other software didn’t have the same quality,” said Mr Palacios. “But now we have halved the typical campaign press-check time down. This represents savings for our clients, more production time on our side and much better color output than before.

The intuitive solution from Durst is also helping Magnacrom Digital to cut down on ink usage and material wastage. “The software has resulted in a 30% reduction in ink costs across our printers, while increasing the quality of our production when normally reducing ink usage results in a drop in print quality,” said Mr Palacios. “The software analyses the output in a different way and uses algorithms to ensure the most effective processes. We have far less wastage, particularly with materials at the start of production.”
