P5 SMP – O Super Multi-Pass εκτυπωτής

Η πρώτη δημόσια παρουσίαση του P5 SMP™ ήταν αναμφισβήτητα ένα από τα σημαντικότερα γεγονότα της Drupa 2024.
Ο εκτυπωτής Super Multi-Pass, σχεδιασμένος για απαράμιλλη απόδοση για τους τομείς Επιγραφών και Προβολής και συσκευασιών από κυματοειδές χαρτί, καθήλωσε το κοινό με τις εντυπωσιακές επιδόσεις ταχύτητας περίπου 2.000 τ.μ./ώρα, ενώ παράλληλα εγγυάται εκτυπώσεις υψηλής ποιότητας.

Αυτή η εναλλακτική λύση στο UV σύστημα εκτύπωσης με ένα πέρασμα προσφέρει απαράμιλλη αποδοτικότητα και παραγωγικότητα για ρολά και άκαμπτα φύλλα. Θα είναι διαθέσιμο για χειροκίνητες εργασίες, αυτοματισμό 3/4 και πλήρη αυτοματισμό με την μονάδα τροφοδοσίας και στοίβαξης Multiflex 350.

Ένα από τα πιο σημαντικά νέα προϊόντα στο χαρτοφυλάκιο της Durst είναι το P5 SMP (Super Multi Pass) για τους τομείς επιγραφών και συστημάτων προβολής (Sign and Display), σημείων πώλησης – προώθησης (POP/POS), συσκευασίας και συστημάτων προβολής με κυματοειδή υλικά και βιομηχανική διακόσμηση. Το υβριδικό σύστημα εκτύπωσης LED Super-Multi-Pass συνδυάζει αποτελεσματικότητα και παραγωγικότητα με μέγιστη ευελιξία. Με πλάτος εκτύπωσης 3,5 m και μέγιστη παραγωγικότητα έως και 2.000 τετραγωνικά μέτρα ανά ώρα, το P5 SMP επιτυγχάνει ετήσια δυναμικότητα 5 εκατομμυρίων τετραγωνικών μέτρων, θέτοντας ένα νέο σημείο αναφοράς για την ψηφιακή εκτύπωση μεγάλου όγκου. Ως υβριδική λύση, η P5 SMP μπορεί να επεξεργάζεται τόσο υλικό σε ρολό όσο και σε φύλλα και διαθέτει τις ευέλικτες λειτουργίες της πλατφόρμας P5.

Ο αντιπρόεδρος του τμήματος πωλήσεων της Durst, Christian Harder, περιέγραψε το νέο P5 SMP ως το “αποκορύφωμα της αποδοτικότητας, της ταχύτητας και της ποιότητας στα γραφικά, στα συστήματα προβολής, τα κυματοειδή υλικά και την βιομηχανική διακόσμηση”.

Το νέο KJet είναι η απόλυτη υβριδική ιδέα. Είναι το πλήρες εργοστάσιο ετικετών σε ένα πιεστήριο.

Το KJet αντιπροσωπεύει την κορυφή της υβριδικής τεχνολογίας, προσφέροντας στους χειριστές μια απρόσκοπτη εμπειρία με το φιλικό προς το χρήστη περιβάλλον εργασίας και την εξαιρετικά σύντομη διαδρομή του χαρτιού.

Συνδυάζοντας τη σπουδαία τεχνολογία φλεξογραφίας «κυλινδρικής βάσης διπλού σερβομηχανισμού» της Omet, με τη στιβαρότητα και την αξιοπιστία της μηχανής ψηφιακής εκτύπωσης Durst RSCi, η σειρά KJet δημιουργήθηκε για να αποτελέσει το σημείο αναφοράς στις μηχανές υβριδικής εκτύπωσης.

At Drupa, the Durst company Aleph unveiled their new super high-speed industrial printer, tailored for billboards and posters. This cutting-edge printer achieves a remarkable productivity of up to 1,000 sqm/h and incorporates dynamic stitching technology (DST) for high-quality multi-pass printing.
With its ability to handle diverse substrates, including blue back paper, white back paper, poster paper, wallpaper, corrugated materials, and graphic film, the printer emerges as a versatile solution for various printing requirements.

On display at drupa 2024 was the Aleph Laforte 600 Paper, which was designed for poster and billboard printing. In its most powerful configuration, the printing system achieves an output of 1,000 m2/h and reaches a new level of quality in poster and billboard printing with six colours and 1,200 dpi.

The first public presentation of the P5 SMP™ was undeniably one of the highlights of Drupa 2024.

One of the most important launches in the Durst portfolio was the P5 SMP (Super Multi Pass) for the Sign & Display, POP/POS, Corrugated Packaging & Display and Industrial Decor sectors. The hybrid LED Super-Multi-Pass printing system combines efficiency and productivity with maximum versatility. With a print width of 3.5m and a maximum productivity of up to 2,000 square metres per hour, the P5 SMP achieves an annual capacity of 5 million square metres, setting a new benchmark for high-volume digital printing. As a hybrid solution, the P5 SMP can process both roll and sheet material and has the versatile functions of the P5 platform.

Ο ηγέτης της αγοράς Atelie Demetriades, ο πρώτος πελάτης της Vanguard Europe στην Κύπρο, έχει επενδύσει στον ψηφιακό επίπεδο εκτυπωτή VR6D-HS για να αγκαλιάσει μια νέα εποχή της τεχνολογίας εκτύπωσης στο εργοστάσιό της. Η εταιρεία βρίσκεται σε σύγχρονες άρτια εξοπλισμένες εγκαταστάσεις 1.600 τ.μ. στη βιομηχανική περιοχή Τσέρι, στο κέντρο των τριών πόλεων Λευκωσία, Λάρνακα και Λεμεσό. Η Atelie Demetriades προμηθεύτηκε τον εκτυπωτή VR6D-HS από την Lino, του διανομέα της Vanguard Europe στην Ελλάδα και την Κύπρο. Τα χαρακτηριστικά του περιλαμβάνουν φιλική προς το περιβάλλον τεχνολογία LED για την σκλήρυνση των UV μελανιών, ράβδους ιονισμού που εξαλείφουν τον στατικό ηλεκτρισμό, 4 ζώνες κενού, μεταβλητό μέγεθος σταγόνας 5-10-15 πικολιτρών, επιφάνεια εκτύπωσης 1,27m x 2,52m και και εκτός των CMYK χρωμάτων διαθέτει λευκό χρώμα και βερνίκι με δυνατότητα παραγωγής ανάγλυφης επιφάνειας στις εκτυπώσεις (hapting).

Bringing its clients’ vision to life with Vanguard Europe

Market leader Atelie Demetriades, Vanguard Europe’s first customer in Cyprus, has invested in the VR6D-HS digital flatbed to embrace a new era of printing technology at its factory.
The company is located in modern well-equipped 1,600 sq/meter facilities at the industrial area Tseri in the center of three towns Nicosia, Larnaca and Limassol. With live printing under way at its factory, Atelie Demetriades is now gearing up to enter new markets and expand its €1 million turnover by more than a third in the next two years.

Glass providers, hoteliers and retailers will all be targeted by Atelie Demetriades, an established sign-making business that has used roll-to-roll digital printing mostly in the past. Vanguard Europe’s VR6D-HS now offers industrial-scale flatbed production that will expand Atelie Demetriades operations, with new applications now possible on virtually any hard surface.

The VR6D-HS for Atelie Demetriades was supplied through LinoGroup, Vanguard Europe’s distributor in Greece and Cyprus.
Features include environmentally friendly LED curing technology, static eliminating ionization bars, 4 vacuum zones, 5-10-15 picoliter drop size, a 1.27m x 2.52m print area and CMYK, white, varnish and embossing options.
